People these days are impatient. Banks are impatient for money and people are in impatient to lose weight.
That is why all these quick fixes are going out the door. And then months later people are unhappy with the way that they look. It takes time to lose the weight.
What people don’t realize is that you need patience for everything and it is ok to be a bit on the late side sometimes with a bill or two. This is where all the stress comes into play.
